Sorry about smoking up the board with FACTS! Even the blind ones have run out of lies and streching the truth!

No, you're doing a good enough job all by yourself.

No, you're doing a good enough job all by yourself. ME? When did I say that cup racing is done? When did I say Gordon has no skill and talent? When did I say that all owners and sponsors are stupied because they 'let' HMS get ALL the brakes and calls and have races handed to them? The fact is the sport has come a long way and is still going to go a long way! I thought again of all your fool post yesterday, when I was told that the old GM of Yates racing and Bill Reily the sport car guy are forming a new team and will have 2 Busch teams next year and want 4 cup teams within 5 years!!! Growing and growing, and nothing you make up can stop it!!! Not even a few thousand empty cheap seats!!!

Still seeing plenty of empty seats ! Yep. IMHO Indy should have never have been given a Cup date. I remember being at the very first NASCAR Cup practice the day after the June race at Michigan in June of 1993. Other than the novelty of the stock cars on the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway it was apparent that full bodied cars would be a bore at The Speedway. Looking back, Tony George felt as if The Speedway needed added revenue and NASCAR was drooling on their shoe tops to race at The Speedway. Well we all see how that whole deal has evolved over the years. The completely empty grandstands at Indy for the Brickyard is a disgraceful shame. I watched some of the race yesterday and I cringed at the sight of the best seats in the place being nearly empty. It sure didn't start out that way. We went to the very first Brickyard in 1994 and it was as full as I've ever seen it and I've been going to the Indy 500 since 1984. It'll never be like it was 15 years ago at Indy. It's hard to believe they can realize a profit for the Brickyard. Without TV IMS would lose their collective asses.
